Our client, a leading financial services organization specializing in commercial lending, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Loan Closing Specialist - Chandler to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor in the Commercial Lending department, you will support daily operations and system conversions, ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing. What's the Job?
Book and fund commercial loans in LoanIQ system accurately and efficiently
Respond to internal requests for posting funds and handle money movement activities
Support the transition from AFS to LoanIQ by assisting staff in system adoption
Ensure compliance with commercial loan credit agreements and internal policies
Collaborate with various lines of business to facilitate smooth loan operations
What's Needed?
Proficiency in LoanIQ software and commercial loan processes
Experience in commercial loan booking and funding operations
Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
Operational experience within a financial services environment
Knowledge of AFS is a plus, but not required
