Job Overview Calculated Hire is in search of a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within Commercial lending as they convert systems from AFS to LoanIQ.
Responsibilities
Booking and funding commercial loans in “LoanIQ”
Respond to requests from other LOBs to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activities
Reduce learning curve of “LoanIQ” adoption among the staff as production continues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Proficiency in “LoanIQ”
Commercial loans – booking/funding- operations experience
Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of AFS
