As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and providing solutions in fluent German.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to cybersecurity products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in German.
Provide information on product features, technical specifications, and pricing options.
Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for future reference.
Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate efficient problem resolution and enhanced customer experience.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and product updates to provide relevant assistance to customers.
Qualifications
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or cybersecurity sector, is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
