Description of the role:
As a Service Advisor at FAIRBANKS NISSAN you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and guidance to customers bringing in their vehicles for maintenance and repairs. You will serve as the liaison between customers and the service technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
Responsibilities:
Assess customer needs and provide appropriate service recommendations
Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders
Communicate service updates and costs to customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
