The Customer Growth organization in North America is seeking a
Senior Account Manager
to join the High & Heavy team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts ensuring service excellence and commercial performance in our High & Heavy segment (Original equipment manufacturers and dealer groups). You will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and ensuring customer success by delivering integrated solutions across shipping services, Equipment & Container Processing services and inland transportation. This role is a hybrid position based out of either our Brunswick or Savannah, GA office locations. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Description What You’ll Do
Drive profitable growth across Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain services
Own strategic customer relationships as a senior point of contact
Develop and execute comprehensive Account Plans aligned with global strategy and long‑term targets
Identify and close opportunities across Equipment Processing Centers, Container Processing Centers and Ocean (shipping)
Lead major tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract implementations
Champion the voice of the customer and elevate customer experience and CSI
Own pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial governance
Drive and orchestrate implementation of new contracts and ensure full alignment and handover into operationally executing functions
Ensure clear and regular communication with internal stakeholders to align customer priorities, service delivery, and commercial targets
Job Requirements What You’ll Need Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
Experience
5–8 years of experience in sales, operations, or consulting within logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, or equipment/manufacturing sectors
Exposure to one or more of the following: High & Heavy logistics, construction/mining/agriculture equipment, automotive OEMs, or multimodal freight
Commercial & Technical Skills
Strong client relationship, communication, and negotiation skills
Consultative selling mindset with experience in complex deals and contracts
Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
Familiarity with TMS/WMS, CRM tools, and performance analytics (costing, margins, KPIs)
Mindset
