Inside Parts Counter Representative Opportunity Summary Inside Parts Counter Representative are responsible for processing, pulling, and delivering or shipping to shop or customer to ensure all work scheduled is completed in a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Job Duties
Process and locate unit parts for customers.
Verify part numbers in the appropriate books via electronic records to ensure accuracy.
Perform cycle counts and record data, reporting any variances to management.
Monitor inventory levels and research any data inconsistencies.
Tracking daily use of parts and receiving orders.
Creating Purchase Orders (PO's) for weekly stock orders and reporting to manager.
Nurturing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and suppliers.
Maintaining appropriate inventory readiness and warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Able to read technical drawings and accurately assemble hoses using hydraulic machinery.
Capable of coordinating with third-party freight importers to arrange pickup, transportation, and delivery from overseas part suppliers.
Work Experience & Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
