PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading organization in the Communications Industry to seek a talented Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. In this role, your designs won't just look good—they'll drive engagement, elevate brand presence, and support high‑impact marketing initiatives across digital and print channels.

The Role & Its Impact As a Graphic Designer, you'll bring brand stories to life through thoughtful, high‑quality visual design. From social campaigns and landing pages to brochures and print ads, your work will directly influence how audiences experience and engage with a trusted communications brand. This is an opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact while collaborating with marketing and communications professionals.

What You'll Do Day To Day Online / Digital Design

Design static and animated social media graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter

Create web banners, hero images, and display ads in standard IAB sizes

Design landing page graphics, UI elements, and digital presentation decks

Produce email newsletter headers, promotional graphics, and modular templates

Develop infographics and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines

Optimize and export assets for web (correct resolution, file size, and formats)

Offline / Print Design

Design brochures, flyers, sell sheets, and one‑pagers

Create print advertisements for magazines, newspapers, and direct mail

Prepare press‑ready files with proper bleeds, CMYK color profiles, and resolution

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Solid understanding of brand systems and working within established guidelines

Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

Clear communicator who welcomes feedback and asks smart questions

Reliable and professional in a remote work environment

Experience with Figma or Sketch for web/UI design

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Motion graphics experience (After Effects, Lottie)

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email or landing page collaboration

Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, or Klaviyo

Understanding of digital accessibility standards

Agency or in‑house marketing team experience

Pay Details: $37.71 to $45.26 per hour
