We Need a Sales Leader Who Can Drive Results and Develop Talent
Compensation & Opportunity:
$15/hour base pay + performance bonuses and commission
28-33 hours per week with clear path to full-time for proven performers
Weekend availability required (peak earning hours)

Your Primary Mission:
Drive sales performance across membership and service categories
Train, coach, and develop front desk staff into effective sales professionals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through team leadership
Implement proven sales processes that deliver consistent results
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets - membership/subscription sales experience is a plus!
Experience training others in sales techniques and customer conversion
Leadership presence that motivates teams to perform at higher levels
Calm under pressure while driving ambitious sales goals
Available weekends and flexible to meet business needs
