Role Overview Were seeking a
Sales Manager
to lead membership growth, team performance, and client experience. This is a sales-driven leadership role for someone passionate about wellness and motivated to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities Drive
membership sales
and hit monthly targets
Lead, coach, and support the front desk team
Manage studio performance metrics, scheduling, and daily operations
Represent beem light sauna at local marketing and community events (23 Saturday mornings/month)
Deliver an outstanding client experience that builds long-term relationships
Qualifications 2+ years of
sales management or retail leadership
experience
Passion for health, fitness, or wellness
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or spa environments preferred
