What You’ll Do

Generate new opportunities and pipeline through outbound sales tactics.

Build account plans with your Account Executive to deepen understanding of target accounts.

Partner with Demand Generation to execute cross‑functional sales plays and events.

Help AgentSync secure opportunities at large insurance companies.

Master prospecting tools: Outreach, LinkedIn, Salesforce, Loom, Sales Navigator, and more.

Complete AgentSync sales bootcamp (AgentCafes) and receive monthly sales training.

Showcase mastery in research analysis for named accounts.

Obtain broad cross‑department exposure to grow your internal brand.

Conduct cold calling—cold calling is a major part of this role.

Your Experience

1+ years of sales and sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS company.

Deep experience using Salesforce effectively and efficiently.

Proficiency with sales productivity tools (e.g., Outreach, Sales Navigator).

Strong cold‑calling, email, and social‑selling skills.

Strategic thinking around account planning and territory management.

Experience with research analytics and cross‑functional collaboration.

Location This hybrid position is open to candidates living within 25 miles of our office in RiNo. Work schedule: on‑site Tu, Wed, Thu; remote M, F.

Total Compensation $60K base salary; $20K on‑target commissions; equity in the form of stock options.
