Job Purpose The Sales Support Specialist position will provide direct support for Clinical Tower’s End User Sales Team. This opportunity allows you to contribute to the organization’s goals by ensuring flawless execution of support tasks that drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers from various laboratory fields.

Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager or Account Executive and assist in lead generation.

Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines.

Receive all technical calls and triage them appropriately.

Update and maintain CRM systems.

Capture new product inquiries.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Director.

Qualifications Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills

Highly effective oral and written communication skills.

3–5 years of customer‑facing experience.

Understanding of sales processes and goals.

CRM experience is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to multi‑task and function independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Background and/or Experience

Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

Five years of relevant work experience.

CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
