WFS Group is a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales agency that provides "done‑for‑you sales" services to clients in the online and digital marketing sectors, helping educational programs and consulting firms sell high‑ticket offers.

Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr

Position Overview We are looking for a sales development representative or "setter" who will generate warm outbound dialing to leads already opted in, screen inbound calls, and set qualified sales appointments for our closers. The role requires high output and a consultative approach to building relationships, with the goal of driving revenue for WFS Group.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.

Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.

Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management.

Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed.

Consistently increase product knowledge through the sales training center.

Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and pipeline strategy.

Engage in discovery dialogue to uncover challenges, pain points, and gaps.

Build relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.

Use WFS sales material to ensure leads consume content before the closer call.

Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.

Adhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow‑up, and forecasting.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high‑performance culture.

Requirements

6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high‑ticket or consultative sales.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport.

Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.

Compensation Package

Base pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00/yr.

Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

9 AM – 6 PM (specific to your US time zone)
