Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Meridian, ID. The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet performance goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with the marketing and operations teams. The Sales Manager will also prepare sales reports, participate in account negotiations, and ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Proficiency in Sales, Networking, and Business Development

Experience with Client Relationship Management and Negotiation

Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Decision-Making

Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or related fields is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
