Evening Supervisor

to lead our evening team and ensure high-quality care and smooth operations during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support caregiving staff during the evening shift

Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with care plans

Act as the on-site leader and point of contact for staff, residents, and families

Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly and calmly

Monitor staffing levels and assist with shift coverage as needed

Administer or oversee medications in accordance with state regulations (if licensed)

Complete required documentation, reports, and shift handoffs

Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Follow up on PCA Documentation

Monitor dining room.

Check on the general physical plant on rounds (dry floors, lights on, etc.)

Report any issues to management team.

Ensure shift-to-shift communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in healthcare or management preferred)

Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare supervision preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations

Medication administration certification or nursing license (if required by state/facility)

First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Must be reliable and able to work evenings, including weekends or holidays as needed

LPN's, Medication Manager, or PCA Team leaders encouraged to apply.
