specialist who will be 100% onsite at one of our great clients in Charlotte, NC. This role offers great training, stability, growth and more. The role is a contract position and encompasses phone, email, chat and remote support services.
Top Skills / Requirements
3-5 years of Service Desk experience
Experience with ServiceNow & Intune
3-5 years Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10/11
Responsibilities Provide primarily phone support, email, and chat to end users. Responsibilities include handling fixes over the phone, remote access to machines, password resets, and troubleshooting. Handle 30-35 calls, chats, emails daily and support hardware onsite.
Job Details Job Type & Location : Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits : The pay range is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Pay and benefits are applicable to some eligibility requirements.
