Our client, an industry leader in digital printing solutions, is seeking a US - Customer Service Rep III - US1 to join their team. As a US - Customer Service Rep III - US1, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting the Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Assist in processing orders, returns, and service requests efficiently.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
