Join Toyota of Hollywood! We’re seeking candidates with prior automotive dealership experience in parts counter, retail, or wholesale to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Provide and sell vehicle parts and accessories to customers over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, delivering exceptional customer service.

Manage wholesale accounts by taking orders, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for dealerships and repair shops.

Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting parts and services to support their business needs.

Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.

Pull and fill orders from stock, verifying accuracy and inventory levels.

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Required:

Prior automotive dealership parts experience is required, with at least 1 year of experience as a Parts Advisor, Counter Sales, or in Wholesale.

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Shifts & Availability

Opening Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Closing Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Must be available to work Saturdays

Off Days: One weekday off plus Sundays off (Parts Department is closed on Sundays)

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00.

Hiring Requirements

18 years or older required
