Job Description Embark on an exciting career-oriented at Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel The Stamford. Perform all assigned administrative duties for the team

Assist the team in identifying and researching potential new business opportunities

Support the sales team in building and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential customers

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential sales opportunities

Prepare brief reports and summaries for the sales team

Coordinate meeting logistics and follow-up communications

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation

Support Senior Director of Sales and up to 6 managers for their daily duties

Generate team reports as and when required

Assist other teams within the sales & marketing division whenever necessary

Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

Carry out any other duties as and when necessary by the Management of the Hotel and department

Assist in organizing external/internal events

Qualifications Education

Candidates must possess at least a GCE “O” Level Certificate

Experience

Previous internship or part-time sales experience

Knowledge of social media

Skills, Knowledge & Ability

Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera system

Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees

Service oriented with an eye for details

Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team

Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures

Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment

Self-motivated and energetic
