What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum aged 2-18
Conduct data collection utilizing Central Reach
Meet billable hour requirements for full-time (30 hours) and part-time (75% of total hours worked) BCBAs
Complete intake and assessments for clients
Train parents and collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
What is Required (Qualifications)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master’s Degree in a relevant field
Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
Passion for client success and strong leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience mentoring a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
