What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2‑18
Collect data using Central Reach software
Meet billable hour requirements for full‑time (30 hours) and part‑time BCBAs (75% of total hours worked)
Conduct intake assessments and parent training sessions
Collaborate with a team of clinicians and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum educational requirement: Master’s Degree
Strong emphasis on integrity and ethical practice
Demonstrated passion for client success
Proven leadership skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in providing ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum
Familiarity with data collection and analysis in a clinical setting
Previous mentorship experience with behavioral health professionals
