What You’ll Do:
Get Licensed!
Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance and support to help you get licensed).
Meet with Clients
– Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
Present Tailored Solutions
– Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products.
Close Sales & Earn Big
– Guide clients through the application process and celebrate each win.
Build Long‑Term Relationships
– Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships, offering continuous support and service, and conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
Stay Informed
– Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions, and use this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively.
What You Need to Succeed:
Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already!
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in‑person meetings)
