DSI Groups is looking for a motivated, disciplined, goal-driven individual to join our high-performing insurance sales team. Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Get Licensed!
Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance).
Meet with Clients
– Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
Present Tailored Solutions
– Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups.
Close Sales & Earn Big
– Guide clients through the application process.
Build Long-Term Relationships
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service.
Stay Informed
– Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
What You Need to Succeed
Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in-person meetings).
