What you’ll do:
Support the management team to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve individual objectives.
Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom‑Made products.
Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
Ensure all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
Collaborate with store support departments to effectively utilize company resources.
Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team.
Perform other duties assigned by store leadership team.
Who you are:
Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
