Role Overview Equativ is seeking a

Strategic Account Lead

to drive growth across

holding companies and their agency ecosystems , with a strong focus on programmatic buying teams and trading desks. This is a senior, high‑impact sales role responsible for managing and expanding complex, high‑value relationships while positioning Equativ as a trusted, long‑term partner to Holdco organizations and the brands they support.

This role blends

strategic account leadership and new business development , requiring a deep understanding of how holding companies operate across agencies, trading desks, and in‑house brand teams. You’ll work closely with senior decision‑makers to deliver consultative, outcome‑driven solutions that align with evolving programmatic strategies.

Responsibilities

Own and execute strategic sales plans across a portfolio of

holding company accounts and their agency networks.

Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across holding companies, agency trading desks, and programmatic leadership teams.

Drive new business within existing Holdco relationships while identifying and closing net‑new opportunities.

Partner with agency and brand teams to align Equativ’s solutions with in‑house buying models, trading desk workflows, and programmatic objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, insights, and recommendations to improve performance and drive long‑term value.

Educate clients on Equativ’s platform, capabilities, and best practices to maximize ROI across programmatic channels.

Deliver ongoing updates, training, and product innovations to keep clients ahead of industry and market trends.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure strong execution and client satisfaction.

Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue and growth targets.

Key Qualifications

4+ years of experience

in programmatic or ad tech sales, with a proven record of driving revenue growth.

Demonstrated experience selling into

holding companies, agency trading desks, and complex agency structures .

Strong understanding of programmatic buying models, in‑house brand strategies, and the broader agency ecosystem.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.

Highly consultative, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to uncover client needs and tailor strategic recommendations.

Proven ability to prospect, close, and expand high‑value enterprise accounts.

Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

Analytical, adaptable, and driven by delivering measurable business outcomes.

Compensation $130,000 - $140,000 a year

The listed salary range represents base pay only. Total compensation may also include variable pay, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
