Job Title: Structures Mechanic
The Structures Mechanic will perform maintenance operations involving the removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components, including tasks such as bolting, torquing, adjusting rigging, and safety wiring. This role also includes modifying, replacing, or overhauling aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness. All work must be completed in compliance with FAA‑approved technical data and customer‑approved maintenance manuals, while adhering to quality standards outlined in company and regulatory guidance materials.
Responsibilities
Perform removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components.
Modify, replace, or overhaul aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness.
Complete tasks to quality standards within estimated or budgeted hours.
Read and utilize maintenance manuals and other documents for troubleshooting.
Ensure accuracy and proper annotation of maintenance documents.
Safely use and operate ground support equipment, maintaining necessary certifications.
Promote a culture of safety by adhering to safety guidelines.
Execute proper handling of parts tags for repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts.
Effectively interface with management, other departments, and co‑workers.
Maintain cleanliness of personal and adjacent work areas.
Be able to work any or all shifts.
Essential Skills
A&P license
Experience in aircraft maintenance
Proficiency with sheet metal and composites
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 years of experience in structures or composites
Experience with large corporate aircraft preferred (will accept candidates with any aircraft type)

Pay Structure
Based on experience:
2 years = $26.00/hr
3 years = $27.00/hr
4 years = $28.00/hr
5 years = $30.00/hr
6 years = $31.00/hr
7 years = $32.00/hr
10 years = $36.00/hr
Licensed Premium:
+$2.00/hr per license
Shift Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Environment You will work in a hangar and ramp atmosphere, which may include uncontrolled climate conditions. Flexibility in working shifts is required.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Memphis, TN.
