Description This position is ideal for a mechanically minded professional who enjoys problem-solving, building lasting customer partnerships, and contributing to the success of a fast-growing industrial distributor.
Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with management, all other branch and division personnel, and outside sales reps to grow existing customers, create new customers, and increase customer satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries at the sales counter, by phone and by email
Process customer orders, check availability of stock, shipping dates, quote pricing, fill orders to customer specifications
Qualifications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
