Our mission is to care for every person with the compassion, respect, and dedication they deserve—helping them live well, feel supported, and stay confidently independent in the place they call home. About The Role
In addition to providing support with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, light household support, etc., the Home Care Specialist must be capable of providing elevated, personalized in‑home support for clients with more complex care needs, such as memory loss, cognitive impairment, physical limitations, or social isolation. This role involves enhanced responsibilities beyond basic caregiving and may include support with care plans, safety monitoring, or tech‑enabled wellness tools. Schedule, Location & Pay

Base Pay will be between $16 and $19 per hour with an additional shift differential of $2 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts. What You'll Do
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), including for those with cognitive or physical impairments. Monitor client safety during extended shifts, especially for fall risk or wandering behaviors. Engage in mentally stimulating or wellness‑oriented activities (e.g., games, music therapy, digital memory tools, etc.) to increase cognitive, physical, and social engagement. Prepare meals in accordance with special dietary needs or routines. Use basic technology tools (apps, tablets, laptops) to track client well‑being. Offer companionship and emotional care to support overall mental health and reduce loneliness. Follow individualized care plans closely and report changes in condition or behavior promptly. Document client interactions, behaviors, and completed tasks with accuracy. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere strictly to HIPAA and company guidelines. Qualifications
