We’re a high-performing residential real estate team seeking a driven, articulate, and coachable Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
to manage and convert both inbound and outbound internet leads. This role is the heartbeat of our lead generation and client engagement pipeline — focused on
qualifying leads, building rapport, setting appointments, and transferring live calls

Base Salary:
$36,000 - $48,000 /year (based on experience) Total Expected Compensation:
$70,000 – $150,000/year (base + bonus) Responsibilities
Make
high-volume outbound & inbound calls, texts, and emails
to warm and hot internet leads through our CRM ( Follow Up Boss ) Qualify
potential buyers and sellers through discovery conversations and needs analysis Set appointments
for consultations, showings, and follow-up calls with real estate agents Nurture older leads
using proven scripts, workflows, and personalized follow-ups Transfer leads live
to available agents when appropriate, ensuring seamless handoff and accurate CRM documentation Handle objections with confidence
while building rapport and providing real value Collaborate closely with agents to manage availability and optimize lead scheduling Track, report, and improve on daily activity and lead conversion metrics Consistently meet or exceed
daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals What We Offer
