Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career.

We’re hiring a
high-performance Inside Sales Agent
who can engage new leads, follow proven scripts, uncover real motivations, and set high-quality appointments. This is
NOT
an entry-level position. This is
NOT
for someone who “thinks” they would be great on the phone. This is for someone who has already succeeded as an ISA and wants to join a top Charleston real estate team that values skill, speed, and results. We promote from within. Monthly bonus for top producers.
Responsibilities
Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Make immediate outbound calls to new leads to maximize speed-to-lead
Follow scripted conversations to engage prospects, build rapport quickly, and prevent early hang-ups
Ask qualifying questions to identify motivation, timeline, and readiness
Set high-quality listing and buyer appointments for the team
Handle objections confidently and naturally while staying within script
Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, texts, and emails
Track all conversations, notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM with accuracy
Nurture long-term prospects and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward
Hit daily/weekly metrics for calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments
Participate in regular script practice and skill-building to stay sharp
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments
Qualifications
Previous real estate ISA experience
Proven track record in booking appointments and converting leads
Strong phone presence with an energetic, engaging voice
Confidence speaking to strangers and controlling conversations
Ability to follow scripts exactly while still sounding natural
Strong objection-handling skills
Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls
Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, upbeat
Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up
Thick skin and persistence (people hang up — you keep going)
Familiarity with CRMs (FollowUpBoss, CINC, BoomTown, or similar)
Compensation $17 - $25 hourly
