Sacramento County, California. Work Type:
Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid (partial telework may be available).
Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of a Supervising Property Appraiser, review and process filings, accompanying documents, and records for change in control and ownership of legal entities (corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies).
Working Conditions
Partial telework may be available.
Standard office environment.
Requires a stationary position for extended periods.
Daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and/or telephone.
Must be able to move or transport items weighing up to twenty‑five (25) pounds.
Minimum Requirements Review the Class Specification for full minimum qualifications. This position may require an existing BOE Appraiser Certificate and a California Driver’s License.
