What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relationship Manager II within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts focused on Corporate Payment credit and debit products. The Relationship Manager II is accountable for maintaining, growing, and increasing the profitability of existing client relationships through renewals, cross‑selling, and strategic account planning. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President and regularly collaborate with Account Management, Credit, and Sales teams. How We Work

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations, including senior management Demonstrating product, technical, and industry expertise through client assessments, RFP participation, and solution positioning Coordinating superior customer service delivery by developing strong internal partnerships across departments Liaising with internal teams to communicate client needs, resolve issues, and ensure awareness of changes impacting client relationships Developing and monitoring client financial performance, including renewal planning, negotiations, and profitability analysis Leading Quarterly Business Reviews, including best practices, industry insights, and growth opportunities during client site visits Providing feedback to leadership on market trends and client needs Maintaining a strong understanding of FinTech, payment processing, and client industry dynamics Growing existing programs by identifying efficiencies and expansion opportunities within current client procedures Creating and maintaining a collaborative network of internal and external stakeholders to drive customer spend, including Account Management, Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable, Implementation, Project Management, and IT teams Qualifications & Skills
Experience in FinTech and payment processing with direct client engagement 10+ years of client management or sales experience managing complex client relationships Strategic mindset with the ability to understand client business models, technology, and financials Strong data analytics skills with the ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities within an existing portfolio Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain C‑level relationships Highly organized team player with strong multitasking, prioritization, and stakeholder influence skills Strong negotiation skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience Willingness to travel up to 75% Benefits & Perks
