Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our fully remote team and be the front line of support for our customers. We are adding 400+ new patients a day and want to keep up with our support services.
What You’ll Do
Assist patients with account setup, prescription orders, and troubleshooting.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text/SMS, chat, and email in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
Accurately document interactions and elevate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
Deliver excellent service that reflects Direct Meds’ commitment to patient care.
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or pharmacy background a plus).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional phone etiquette.
Comfort with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
Track record of recognizing patterns in problem resolution.
Motivation to achieve performance goals and willingness to ask for positive reviews.
