Responsibilities

Partner with the Diagnostic (DX) sales force to identify and qualify new and existing customers purchasing Plasma Protein equipment in your territory.

Actively prospect new opportunities, position Siemens solutions, and secure market share gains.

Manage the installed base and increase revenue, particularly through penetration of newly launched assays.

Serve as the key sales expert for plasma protein diagnostics, enabling customer relations and sales success.

Coordinate all sales‑opportunity activities including technical presentations, financial proposals, customer references, site visits, equipment demonstrations, contracting, negotiating, and implementation support.

Utilize Siemens CRM systems to ensure accurate Sales Funnel activity, opportunity progression, forecasting, and accurate reporting.

Develop newly installed customers into reference accounts, exceeding revenue and growth expectations, maximizing customer profitability, and ensuring loyalty.

Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Scientific Support, Technical Applications, and Customer Service to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

BA or equivalent degree.

3+ years sales experience in plasma protein solutions.

Knowledge of key plasma protein diagnostic markers, especially Free Light Chains.

75% required travel.

Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Clinical Diagnostics–Laboratory Capital Equipment sales experience strongly preferred.

Compensation Base pay range: $85,600 – $117,700. Variable compensation target: $65,000 (actual payouts depend on performance).
