Account Executive – Southern California Candidates must be local to Southern California.

We are searching for an Account Executive with experience successfully capturing new client business within the IT staffing industry. This job is remote but our Account Executive must be located near the Los Angeles or San Diego market to conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients. We are not currently considering candidates outside of Southern California.

What will you do?

Cultivate a client pipeline through lead generation and manage existing business.

Showcase Prosum’s value/solution/brand and uncover client challenges.

Drive gross profit growth by studying the customer buying process and securing signed agreements.

Manage the entire job order lifecycle from intake call to closing candidates.

Is this you?

2+ years in a similar role within a staffing agency, results‑oriented and well‑connected.

Proven success in capturing new client business within the staffing industry.

Understanding of staffing trends with a hunter attitude.

Eager, proactive, resourceful, staying cool under pressure.

Strong internal relationships with delivery team and external client relationships.

Strong understanding of staffing industry and sales experience.

Drive sales strategy and planning, achieving individual performance metrics and targets.

Solid IT network.

Assess client staffing needs, write complete job orders, match candidates to requirements.

Organizational, time‑management, prioritization skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills for remote environment.

Achieve and exceed gross profit targets.

Excited to engage with entrepreneurial team.

Experience inputting, updating, maintaining client and candidate communication and activity progress.
