What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and other channels

Identify new sales opportunities and establish a solid trade client base through various communication methods

Maintain and organize architectural libraries, ensuring up-to-date sample tools are available

Meet and exceed established sales budgets and goals on a monthly basis

Participate in industry associations and activities to enhance professional visibility

What is Required (Qualifications):

At least three years of direct sales experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline preferred

Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the flooring and tile industry or related fields

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Familiarity with market research and sales forecasting techniques

Involvement in professional industry associations such as ASID or IIDA
