Overview Join an exciting, fast‑growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) company focused on healthy candy products. As a Sales Specialist, you will work with retailers, distributors, and institutions to drive sales of Zolli Candy and support the company’s growth in the healthy candy category.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting major and regional retailers and distributors.
Initiate and drive sales and business development, including channel development, broker and distributor relationships, and account development.
Collaborate with marketing to produce brand communications consistent with product positioning.
Provide transparent reporting on account development, opportunities, and issues.
Work with marketing to create effective stories and content for marketing materials.
Participate in overall sales and marketing strategy with the broader team to achieve goals.
Manage, coach, and motivate outside brokers; execute merchandise initiatives and promotional plans.
Lead product and industry events to position Zolli Candy as a leading healthy candy brand.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum of 2 years experience in CPG business or retail industry.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
Passion for sales and business development.
Consumer goods sales planning and presentation development skills.
Demonstrated collaborative and organizational skills.
Experience leading and managing projects effectively.
Strong work ethic and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
