We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence in the grocery channel. This role involves managing retail accounts and includes relationships with distributors, retailers, and brokers, driving sales performance, and ensuring our products are well represented in stores.

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with
Distributors, Retailers, and Brokers
within the assigned territory. Collaborate weekly with Brokers to execute strategic plans and initiatives. Achieve and exceed
annual sales targets
through effective planning and execution. Build strong rapport with
District Managers, Buyers, and store personnel
to enhance brand visibility. Improve shelf and display presence in accordance with company standards. Prospect and secure
new business opportunities
to expand market share. Communicate store-level activities and insights to the Regional Manager. Submit accurate and timely orders for processing. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 2–5 years of Account Management experience. in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), specifically selling into grocery stores. Proven experience managing accounts including
major retailers and independent grocery stores . Valid
driver’s license
and reliable transportation. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong
communication and negotiation skills . Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. Must pass a
drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
