is hiring for an Outside Salesperson/Consultant for our client in St. Louis, MO!

The client is a B2B technology solutions partner which provides a variety of IT & Print services & product offerings to SMB & Enterprise clients across the U.S. with nearly 20 locations and growing.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting efforts to source and secure new clients for

Managed Print & IT Services

in the SMB space.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, transforming prospects into long-term clients.

Stay up-to-date with Managed IT Services offerings, hardware, and software to effectively match solutions to client needs.

Collaborate with document output sales counterparts to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

Meet and exceed budgeted project and services revenue goals for assigned accounts.

Enhance current networking solutions while contributing to the development of new, innovative offerings.

Identify and execute upsell opportunities, expanding contracts into more comprehensive solutions.

Develop new MITS/MPS business opportunities with a focus on partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related needs, ensuring clients are supported and informed.

Provide high-level oversight of clients' technology environments and proactively address gaps, vulnerabilities, and issues.

Identify support gaps in managed IT services and present tailored solutions to clients, driving revenue growth.

Stay current with technology trends and leverage that knowledge to deliver superior client solutions.

React quickly and effectively to network emergencies and client requests.

Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their feedback drives continuous improvement.

Requirements:

2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with exposure to Printer/Copier Services or Managed IT Services

High School Diploma required

Exposure to Managed Network Services, virtualization solutions, Cisco infrastructure, HP solutions, and Microsoft OS/apps, is a huge plus

Ability to engage with executive-level, IT stakeholders, and decision makers, delivering impactful presentations and solutions

Strong technical aptitude, quick learner, and enthusiastic adopter of new technologies.

Strong communication skills and ability to sell and provide detailed information over the phone, and in person

Team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication, proposal writing, and multitasking skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and align internal resources to meet client needs.

Preferred:

Minimum 4 years of experience in

B2B Sales , with a focus on Managed IT Services preferred.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related field preferred.

Pay: $50-55k Base, depending on experience, and uncapped commissions. $85k+ 1st year OTE, many candidates hit 6 figures by second year
