Business Lead – Commercial – Enterprise/Channel - GTM Qualcomm is looking for a Director of Commercial GTM Strategy for the Snapdragon Compute Business Unit to help drive the global enterprise and commercial strategy for the next generation of PCs across Consumer channels. As the Global Compute Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy in partnership with the channel sales and marketing teams and identify new opportunities and growth strategies to drive revenue and grow share. The role involves partnering closely with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams to drive sales strategy and execution. In addition to internal stakeholders, the role requires deep engagement with OEM Enterprise sales teams with the top 3 PC OEMs and Microsoft. Responsibilities
Own the Enterprise and Commercial segment plan across Compute offerings. Collaborate with sales to build Enterprise GTM and Commercial channel account plans, track progress, identify and address gaps to land a successful portfolio of devices in the market. Own and drive channel Analytics for the Compute segment feeding high-value insights into product strategy, leadership meetings as well as customer discussions. Building pipeline, reviewing pipeline, and forecasting as well as providing additional required support in assisting channel teams. The role also includes participating in ad hoc projects that are focused on the strategic growth of the business by identifying key insights from data, competitive environment, industry trends, and operating metrics. The role also involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and sales sharing best practices, and being the voice from channel sales teams. Responsible for managing relationships with key partners and vendors. Requirements
Deep expertise and understanding of the PC Ecosystem and Channel Motion. Intimate knowledge of the Channel-OEM engagement model, timelines and decision points to help align, intercept and influence decisions to assort and sell through a winning Windows on Snapdragon portfolio. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field. 8+ years of Product Management or related work experience. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of Product Management, Channel Sales/Strategy or related experience in the Hi-tech. 5+ years of working in a large matrixed organization. 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials. 2+ years of negotiating 3rd party business agreements.
