Requirements:
Minimum of
1 year HHA experience
Valid NYS HHA Certificate
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Driver’s license (preferred)
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X‑ray within 5 years
MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
