Pay:

$22.50 per hour

Show Dates

Location: Redmond, WA

Show Dates: January 30, 2026 - March 22, 2026

Set Up Dates: January 22, 2026 - January 29, 2026

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (availability on these days is mandatory) - ** Mandatory to work Saturdays and Sundays **

Primary responsibility

Works in assigned concession area;

Serves customers and manages cash registers;

Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required; Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely;

Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly;

Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties;

Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins;

Performs other duties as required after each selling period;

Will help with setup of concession;

The ideal candidate will

Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information;

Be comfortable working in a loud environment;

Be calm, motivated, polite and courteous;

Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note:

Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos);

Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and down stairs frequently;

Understand customer service and hospitality;

Work well with others;

Pay attention to the details;

Working fast and efficiently under pressure;

Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings);

Know when to get the help of a supervisor;

Availability for the whole city duration;

Speak English Mandatory – other languages are an asset;

Physical Demands

This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.

May also lift up to 50lbs.
