Summary
The Marketing Account Manager serves as a strategic partner for business owners and oversees execution of marketing programs and campaigns. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing & Growth Solutions.

Strategic Account Leadership
Serve as the primary strategic partner to assigned business owners, guiding them through visioning, creative development, and execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
Act as the agency-style account lead, ensuring business owners receive high-quality marketing consultation, creative direction, and data-driven recommendations.
Develop campaign briefs that translate business objectives into actionable creative, data, and production requirements, ensuring clarity for all execution teams.
Provide insight-driven guidance using market trends, persona data, performance analytics, and member behavior models from the data science team.
Assess business needs across Asia and North America, adjusting marketing and creative strategies for cultural, linguistic, and regional differences.
Campaign Visioning, Design Partnership & Creative Excellence
Lead visioning sessions with business owners to shape the strategic direction of campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and enterprise goals.
Partner closely with creative services to guide concept development, copy direction, design exploration, messaging hierarchy, and multi-format creative approaches.
Ensure campaigns reflect agency-grade quality, including insight-based creative platforms, modern design principles, and well-structured narratives.
Direct iterative creative reviews, providing structured feedback and ensuring all assets meet creative excellence and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure campaigns incorporate personalization, segmentation, and data-driven targeting informed by predictive models and analytics.
Cross-Functional Orchestration & Project Leadership
Serve as the central liaison between business owners and internal marketing functions, including creative services, production, MarTech, data science, brand, UX, and digital.
Lead campaign planning and production timelines, ensuring all deliverables stay on schedule and interdependencies across teams are managed proactively.
Coordinate with production and offshore teams, balancing workloads and leveraging global capacity (especially Asia) for efficient execution.
Translate complex marketing concepts and technical details (AI-enabled workflows, segmentation logic, UX considerations) in ways business owners can easily understand.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring handoffs, approvals, content readiness, technical configuration, and launch plans are seamless.
Performance Optimization, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics from dashboards and insight reports, and communicating recommendations to business owners for optimization.
Use predictive analytics, churn indicators, engagement scoring, and persona insights to influence future strategies and refine tactical execution.
Facilitate post-campaign reviews to document learnings, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to creative, process, or targeting approaches.
Champion modern marketing best practices, including omnichannel engagement, test-and-learn approaches, creative versioning, and automation-enabled workflows.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand, governance, compliance, and data privacy standards across all markets—Asia regions as well as North America.
Global Collaboration & Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with regional partners and stakeholders, ensuring campaigns resonate culturally and operationally in Asia and North America.
Work across time zones effectively, coordinating with creative, production, and data science teams in global markets to maintain velocity and quality.
Advocate for the business owner’s needs internally, while ensuring creative and operational teams have the clarity and context they need to deliver exceptional work.
Core Competencies Education & Experience
Typically, 5+ years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree required.

Deep agency expertise within marketing discipline(s) relevant to the role (e.g., demand generation, brand, digital, and product marketing).
