Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Location: Kansas (office in Louisburg, Paola, Overland Park, Lawrence, or Topeka) – Hybrid flexibility available

Ensure workflows are efficient, accurate, and consistently executed. Implement quality assurance practices that drive measurable improvements.
Client Retention & Growth:
Support proactive renewals, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and relationship-building strategies.
Data-Driven Insights:
Use dashboards and metrics to guide coaching, identify opportunities, and improve results.
Collaboration & Market Partnerships:
Partner with producers and carriers to strengthen placements, resolve escalations, and enhance the client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years in the insurance industry, including 3+ years in leadership within Personal Lines or client-service operations.
At least 3 years of experience within an independent agency.
Proven success leading service teams, improving processes, and driving client satisfaction.
Hands‑on experience working with carriers and producers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
Strong coach, communicator, and collaborator who leads by influence and example.
Deep understanding of Personal Lines products, carrier appetites, and agency operations.
