to lead and oversee the operations of the Personal Lines team. Compensation Package

Salary Range:

$90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Personal Lines team, consisting of ~10 experienced Account Managers.

Provide hands‑on management, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.

Drive improvements in processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Prioritize client retention and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

Manage hiring, training, and development of team members to foster a high‑performing team.

Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with organizational objectives.

Maintain a hybrid work model, supporting both in‑office and remote team members.

Note:

This role does not include sales responsibilities.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (formal leadership experience preferred, but informal experience will be considered).

At least 3 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience, with 7 years of total industry experience preferred.

Proven ability to manage and develop a team, with strong people‑management skills.

Demonstrated expertise in operational improvement and process enhancement.

Proficiency in using Epic or similar systems is a plus.

Strong focus on client retention and delivering exceptional customer service.
