Director, Affiliate Publisher Partnerships – HYBRID
Location: Within ~1.5 hours of North Philadelphia (PA, NJ, NY)
Hybrid schedule: 4 days remote, 1 day in office
Job type: Full‑time, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm EST, Start date: ASAP
Pay range: $115,000 – $135,000 per year
We’re seeking a highly skilled
Director of Affiliate Publisher Partnerships
to own strategy, growth, and performance of publisher partnerships within our affiliate network.
Responsibilities
Lead publisher relationship strategy, growth, and performance
Serve as primary contact for publishers, resolving issues and driving long‑term success
Negotiate payout structures, exclusive placements, and high‑performing offers
Develop scalable publisher growth strategies that increase revenue and margin
Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to align publisher activity with advertiser goals
Establish roadmaps for publisher network expansion and technology improvements
Partner with analytics, product, and finance teams to enhance reporting accuracy
Manage publisher financial operations, including payments and profitability tracking
Represent the company at trade shows, marketing events, and industry conferences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of affiliate marketing experience required
Proven success in managing and scaling publisher relationships required
Deep understanding of conversion optimization and affiliate tracking systems required
Strong financial acumen and experience managing partner profitability required
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) required
Ability to travel up to 15% required
