RESPONSIBILITIES
Canvass local markets for tenant rep, leasing and/or sale opportunities Monitor market trends (transactions, property values, vacancies…) Build relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, developers, and community associations Maintain a database that generates qualified and sustainable referrals / leads Consistently generate new business and manage growing pipeline Consistently secure opportunities for current and prospective clients Conduct property searches and tours Ensure client materials (comparable studies, market overviews, presentations…) are presented Develop, execute, and update strategic property plans alongside leadership and marketing Routinely report on marketing and transactional progress for each listing / account Familiarity with State and Company-regulated forms Draft and present agreements / offers to lease or purchase property Actively progress negotiations, due diligence efforts, invoice processing, and record retention QUALIFICATIONS
Three or more years of Commercial Real Estate experience Demonstrable knowledge and proven experience in sales teams Background of generating leads and sourcing new deals Successful closed deal pipeline with consistent annual commission growth Ability to work both independently and as a team player Comfortable meeting with and calling new prospects WHY JOIN THE LQ CREW
