About BL Med Spa BL Med Spa is a growing luxury spa and medical aesthetics practice offering high-quality wellness, skincare, and medical aesthetic services. We are focused on creating exceptional client experiences while building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

We are seeking a motivated Event & Retention Marketing Manager to help us attract new clients, increase retention, and grow revenue through community engagement and strategic marketing initiatives.

Role Overview This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, events, and client relationships. You will be responsible for organizing events, building partnerships, and creating systems that encourage clients to return regularly for services.

This is a hands‑on role that works closely with ownership, front desk, and providers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute in‑spa events (open houses, VIP nights, injectable events, promotions)

Develop and manage client retention strategies (rebooking, memberships, packages)

Build local partnerships and collaborations to attract new clients

Coordinate email and SMS campaigns for promotions, follow‑ups, and reactivation

Support front desk and providers with event promotions and client communication

Track and report basic performance metrics (event attendance, retention, rebooking)

Ensure marketing efforts align with services offered and team availability

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or med spa preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable interacting with clients and staff

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Experience with email/SMS platforms or booking systems is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred

Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position

Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods

Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
