Cannon Corporation is seeking a seasoned Civil Senior Associate Engineer to join our team dedicated to enhancing and developing public infrastructure projects. This role involves leading planning and design efforts for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and delivering sustainable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in civil engineering, with a focus on public works and a passion for community development. Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, water, and sewage systems. Coordinate with project managers to ensure project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints are met. Supervise junior engineers and provide guidance in project execution and engineering principles. Prepare and review construction documents, environmental studies, and other reports required for project approvals. Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies, contractors, and community groups to ensure project goals are achieved. Proficient in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) Strong understanding of construction law and regulatory guidelines (ADA, EPA regulations) Skilled in project management and supervisory leadership Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve complex engineering issues with innovative solutions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license required LEED Accredited Professional or similar sustainability certification preferred
