Order Picker

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications.
• Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve products.
• Verify product identity and quantity before moving to the packing station.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Contribute to team goals and overall logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 35 pounds.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Basic understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
