This is a Massachusetts-based, full-time, commission-only, hybrid role for an Outside Sales Manager focused on Turbomachinery/System Simulation Software and Engineering Services sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential customers for the Company’s products, generating sales leads, driving and closing sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying prospective customers, meeting with clients, understanding their business needs, presenting tailored solutions, and working closely with the engineering team to ensure that client requirements are met. Additionally, the role involves customer service and account management duties to foster strong client relationships.

Requirements
Lead Generation and Strong Sales Skills
3-5 Years Experience and Record of Success in Technology Sales
Account Management Skills
Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Sales experience in computer simulation software and turbomachinery is a plus, but not required.
